ARCHOS 80 G9 has a 8-inch screen with a 1024 x 768 resolution for $279
ARCHOS 101 G9 has a 10.1-inch screen with a 1280 x 800 resolution for $349
And if you wish to connect to the internet you can have the ARCHOS G9 3G Stick which lets you connect your Archos tablet for 3G data connection for $49.
